MAN’S
CURIOSITY
A mystery
unsolved,
A
thirst not quenched;
The only
thing that isn’t explained,
Is man’s
curiosity.
Who would
take risks,
To know,
The killing
taste,
Of deadly
poison.
There is
only one answer,
Man ,the
mighty man.
Unafraid yet
careful.
Cunning yet
helpful.
Oh! Mighty
man!
Almighty has
given you brain.
Why , use it
for,
Meaningless
fancies.
The most dangerous to witness,
The most
sharp witted.
Why loose
your time,
On what the
universe can never explain.
Live your
life to fullest,
Cause you
live only once.
Who knows
what lies ahead ,
When man
rules the world!

LIKE MOTHER, LIKE DAUGHTER
“Oh no! I guess I have missed the
last bus too” Ram said “These office works are making me insane. Making me
completely forget the world.” Ram shuts his cabin door hastily and walks
towards the exit door blaming his head for loading him with projects. Thinkingon the scolding from his wife for being late,he starts walking faster. Suddenly he
saw a lady who was in white and seemed to be from a party wearing a
lot of jewels . She was so pretty that Ram was about to fall for her , immediately his phone rang .
The next morning ,
he sat leisurely with his cup of coffee and the newspaper. Going through the
pages , his eyes struck on something and his coffee slipped . Hearing the noise
,his wife came running and started yelling for breaking the glass cup . He
did’nt utter a word ........
A voice heard “Hey Ram,
whats up bro! ” . Ram lifted his eyes , wife started “ Look at police officer Shiv , your own brother, how perfect he
is ! now he has got promotion also … " Shiv interrupted ,
“ what happened Ram , is everything alright ?
” ram said “ The woman whom I saw yesterday is in the newspaper under
‘Fifth death anniversary ‘ . “ good Ram ! Now you’ve really got a good sense of
humour ! “ Shiv was about to neglect and now the T.V sound interrupted . Ram startled again “ oh my
god , the lady is now in T.V too “TV headlines : MISSING " the same face in TV and newspaper .Ram fainted . Shiv smelt something
really fishy .
Shiv started a deep investigation on this case.He felt this would be a
good training for him.The next day Shiv took Ram to a house not saying anything
related to the house. Ram to was very much terrified after that lady’s image. He
was on medical leave from his office.A thin skeleton man opened the door and
addressed him to be Varun.A girl came with coffee for the guests, Ram slowly
looked into her face. He fainted again before he could say thank you.Shiv explained everything to Varun. Varun opened up and
pointed to a photo ,”You see a photo over there.” The three faces in the photo
looked alike !!”the oldest face in the centre is my mother-in-law,she passed
away before five years at the age 75 ,depressed by her death my wife went insane and she ran away from the asylum on the day you saw her on the road, and this is my daughter,15 years. They all look alike.”

My school days
The rusty benches we sat upon
The dusty desks we stretched upon
The dirty pranks we played upon
Remind of those bright days
The chalk pieces trembled
The dusters settled
The calendars whispered
As we the school children came upon
The dandelions tattered
The dry leaves scattered
By the bright shining sun
Who gave us all the fun
He those who had nothing
He those who had everything
Forgot about what he had in the
midst of school days
The sun shone bright and hay
The fun borne light and gay
In the school days

SUNDAY MORNING
It’s a wonderful morning
I woke up early.
The birds are tweeting and trees are
happy.
I looked at the calendar,
I saw it’s a Sunday.
Young and old are going for jogging.
The sun had rose completely,
And I went for breakfast.
It seem like a wonderful day,
